ORGANISATION SUPPORT
CARE FOR EVERYONE
Whether freelancer, permanent staff, leader or newbie - we believe everyone involved in the creative industries should be able to access specialist support and care.

If you work at one of the following, perhaps you could benefit from support from one of our experienced team members.

PRODUCTION COMPANY
Whether in theatre, TV, Film or music you and your team can have access to both individual and group support services.
We have experience and qualifications in holding reflective practice sessions for part-time and permanent staff.

ARTS VENUES
From CEO, to director, producers, technicians, HR, box-office, front-of-house - you're all a vital part of the wider system of bringing essential art to society.
We're here to support you in your role and the unique challenges you may face - no matter your position in the organisation.

COMMUNITY ARTS ORGS
Are you an organisation that works with community members? Social prescribing and arts for wellbeing are such important parts of bringing communities together in a wider-world that sometimes wants to divide us. We're here to support you - through reflective supervision and team sessions -as you support and work with others.
PROACTIVE REFLECTIVE PRACTICE
Fuelled by the pressures of capitalism, the creative industries have forgotten how to trust the act of pausing to reflect, digest and integrate experiences.

We're here to help address this imbalance.

Take a deep breath in - now slowly breathe out.

Reflective practice is a necessity and it is also a skill that needs experts to help you master. It can be done alone, but doing it with an Artist Wellbeing Practitioner can aid depth, insight and new perspectives.

Individual sessions are usually monthly - other schedules can be agreed upon - 50 to 75min in length.

Team Group Sessions are usually every other month / quarterly and 2 hours in length.

In person or online depending on location.
WHY DO IT?
SLOWING DOWN
Within an industry that is often fast-paced and time-poor, it is a dedicated time and space in which professionals come together - under the supervision of an experienced reflective practitioner - to slow down, pause, reflect, connect and feel resourced.
GAINING INSIGHT
Doing this with an AWP enables greater insight into both conscious, and perhaps more importantly unconscious processes that happen to us all no matter our degree of experience in role.
TRAUMA INFORMED
Being Trauma Informed with your role and practice is taking strides towards best practice principles. We believe this will have positive impact not only on the personnel involved but also on the art making processes and enhance trauma informed care.
BEING PROACTIVE
Giving time to become curious about individual and collective decisions and dynamics enables greater understanding and alternative perspectives. These shifts can then influence future decision making to be in greater alignment with well-being and well-doing.
RESOURCE & REFRESH
Dedicating time in which you step out of delivery and into reflection can be deeply resourcing and refreshing, especially for those working in industries which can be “go, go, go!”
REAL LIFE STORIES
When working with real life stories, we have to take greater care in how we work. The story that is being performed can have greater potency due to it's aliveness. We can help you work with ethics and potential dynamics that can consciously and unconsciously find expression in the team and processes.
BENEFICIARIES
The individual, the team, the contributors and the future audience.
WHY REFLECTIVE PRACTICE MATTERS FOR CREATIVE LEADERS
Leading in the arts is intense, complex, and deeply relational. Regular reflective practice helps leaders — whether artists, producers, or organisational heads — make clearer choices, support their teams, and sustain their own creativity and wellbeing.

Reflective practice helps leaders to:

-
Protect creative vision while navigating pressure, compromises, and limited resources
-
Process emotional and relational labour, reducing stress and burnout
-
Lead ethically and responsibly, with awareness of power, consent, and impact
-
Balance complexity, holding artistic ambition, wellbeing, and practical realities together
-
Strengthen trust and communication within close, high-intensity teams
-
Stay connected to values and purpose, even in challenging or unpredictable systems
-
Learn from experience, rather than repeating unhelpful patterns
-
Model sustainable leadership, shaping healthier practices across the arts
For creative leaders, reflection isn’t a pause from the work — it’s part of how the work thrives.
